I was referred to Climate H&C by a friend that knows one of the owners and I wanted a good company to repair an a/c unit at a rental house in Littlerock so I called and talked to Tito Friday. He was able to get out and do a diagnosis of the unit Monday AM and found that the compressor needed replaced. He gave me pricing for the compressor and also for a complete new unit with 10 yr warranty. I decided to just to the compressor and associated parts and he was able to get a technician out within 2 days to do the work. I never felt pressured to go with either option and I appreciated when Tito took the time to explain exactly what needed fixed vs an upgraded newer unit.
Being an out of state landlord, it is comforting to have an honest dependable company that I can call to do work when needed. I would recommend Climate H & C to anybody that needs reliable, quick and honest service.
