Wow tito to the rescue again. I can only say amazing things about this company. Super professional and always so knowledgeable. As stressful as it is to be without a heater or AC working, they always seem to make it better. I’m very glad that there is a company I can call because it’s not always easy to deal with something broken in your home.

This review is on the estimate. I was referred by a coworker , he stated he was impressed. I called Tito because my AC completely gave up, I called and Tito no matter how busy he was made it to my place to check out my system and give me a quote on a new system. He was professional and friendly. He gave me an estimate and stated he could install it right away, I’ll update the review after the installation.

Hands down the best in the AV, been out of a working AC for over one 1week. I had 2 other companies look at my AC, one overcharged my AC compressor and then overcharged me. The other couldn’t find the problem and still charged me. Tito took care of the overcharged compressor and took his time explaining my system to me. If you want it done right, save yourself the time, hassle, and money. Reasonable prices and on time.

I am writing this review, not because Climate Heating & Cooling asked me, but because I really appreciate the work that they did putting in my Central Air and Heat. They worked fast but efficiently. I originally shopped around to three different companies and because my house is old (circa 1956) I was told I had no attic and I had Asbestos and I would have to have to remove the asbestos first before any work could be done which they were charging almost an additional $3,000 for asbestos abatement. When I contacted Climate Heating & cooling I spoke with Tito one of the owners and he came out here to give me an estimate, I explained to him what the other companies told me about asbestos and he told me that as long as asbestos is not disturbed, we don’t have to remove it. He recommended that the air conditioner be placed on the roof to avoid theft and decay of piping and to allow more room on the ground for enjoyment. I then decided to go with Climate Heating and Cooling, and I have to say when giving you an estimate they go above and beyond to explain everything, WITH NO HIDDEN SURPRISES! They help you get credit with their financing company which is generous on limits. I tip my hat to Tito and Rudy for their professionalism and expertise. I Highly recommend CLIMATE HEATING AND COOLING, you won’t go wrong. TITO AND RUDY’S WORKMANSHIP IN THE WORK THEY DO IS HANDS DOWN, thank you, guys, for a positive experience.

I was referred to Climate H&C by a friend that knows one of the owners and I wanted a good company to repair an a/c unit at a rental house in Littlerock so I called and talked to Tito Friday. He was able to get out and do a diagnosis of the unit Monday AM and found that the compressor needed replaced. He gave me pricing for the compressor and also for a complete new unit with 10 yr warranty. I decided to just to the compressor and associated parts and he was able to get a technician out within 2 days to do the work. I never felt pressured to go with either option and I appreciated when Tito took the time to explain exactly what needed fixed vs an upgraded newer unit. Being an out of state landlord, it is comforting to have an honest dependable company that I can call to do work when needed. I would recommend Climate H & C to anybody that needs reliable, quick and honest service.
